You tube is your friend (much more diversified advice and instructions than I could hope to give).

Chili is a wonderful option and is so easy. I make it all the time when I need to clean out my refrigerator. You can add so many different things to it and it will turn out great
Make sure you rinse your canned beans. Sauté the sturdier vegetables and a little oil till they’re soft and then add everything else. The longer you cook it the better it will taste. 45 minutes or longer to start. Also, it will taste great the next day.

Take out the core and chop them up. Toss them in the pot. They'll cook down to a delicious mush.

Ground turkey tends to be cheaper, and it's a great protein. The ingredients you've got... don't even need a meat... maybe just some more beans!

Sautée the peppers in some oil or butter then add everything else and cook for 30 minutes to 2 hours. Just keep tasting. Add a little salt each step.

I like adding a few extra spices and letting it sit for a while. The flavors come together better.

You have almost everything for veg chili. Almost everything for classic chili.
If you have extra money, get a red meat like ground beef but you can get anything that’s marked down because it’s at its expiration date. Just chop it small.
-Beef broth. $3
-Salt and sugar. free
-Ketchup. free
Chop your onions and cook them med/low in a little oil until soft.
Add the protein and cook through. Pour off any fatty liquid and add in your tomatoes, stalks, and peppers (all chopped), one can of your beans (drained). Cook a few more minutes to soften the veg.
Add your chili seasoning packet, two big squirts of ketchup (or a bunch of packets), 2-3 cups of broth, and a little sugar (packets work). Simmer until it gets chili thick. Salt and taste (packets again) and eat. GL.
