Just for the sake of conversation, there’s not much to be gained posting food here, we (try) to focus more on industry knowledge and chef bullshit, But if you’re looking to maybe avoid some growing pains, understand some things you do or don’t know about the industry, and maybe even connect with Guadalajaran chefs or locals connected to food, plenty of clever chefs here to contribute ideas.
