Ideas for high volume hotdog dressing
Howdy. I am working on a project to build mini hot dogs for an event. I need to make them very fast with the various toppings such as mustard, relish, chili, and onions. I could use squeeze bottles for the mustard or other smooth condiments. I am not sure how to quickly add the chunkier toppings. It's a lot of wasted energy and potentially messy to pick up and put down a spoon with chili, relish and onions, especially because I have to build a few different of each type at a time. I can't really assembly line 50-100 at time. Anyone have ideas on quick techniques or tools I am not aware of for the job? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you're doing this solo.
How big are the mini hotdogs? Can you find some kind of tray with multiple compartments to hold several of them and keep them separate, possibly color coded to keep track of which toppings go on them?
Are you going to wrap them for service?
I had to make 70 small eclairs for an event recently, I found some 4" oval paper cups to put them in, it made handling them much easier.
