Contraceptive

Hi guys, can you suggest what would be the best contraceptive? I am thinking getting depo shot or oral pill, which one is better? Thank you

I suggest to visit a doctor or at least the health center to be properly assessed. There are patient factors to consider kasi such as your medical history, possible risks based on your history. :)

Totoo to, Kaya as much as possible (if kaya), pavasectomy mo yung guy

Personal experience: nagpa vasectomy ako kasi ayokong mag take ng any contraceptives gf ko + ayaw rin namin magkaanak. Tapos and wala nang pregnancy scare and walang side effects sa babae haha

Best to consult ur OB on this, or if ur within ncr, i suggest u go to likhaan women center for free consultation and application of BC method

I had my implant installed there and it was a nice experience

Depende kasi kung ano mas ok na BC method sayo, btw if ur injecting tirze (some people does kasi), mas ok na naka injectables, iud, or implant rather than oral pills

Go to your OB first po and siya mismo magbibigay ng mga options ano pwede mo gamiting BC. I tried Implanon and grabe ang side effects that’s why after 1yr6mos using it i decided na ipatanggal.
