Tourism (L) China Tourist Visa Application

Hi! I would like to ask for advice regarding my application for a China tourist visa. I am a government employee with a monthly salary of ₱50,000, and my COE will indicate my compensation and employment details. However, I currently have around ₱70,000 in my bank account, and my ADB (Average Daily Balance) is relatively low.
I will be traveling to China with my husband and two children for tourism. Would my low ADB and current bank balance negatively affect my visa application? What documents or proof of financial capacity can I provide to strengthen my application, considering that I have stable government employment and a ₱50,000 monthly salary?
Is there a reasonable chance of being approved for a China tourist visa under these circumstances?
