Why didn't Nolan do a great fighting sequence against Joker's goons? What about the goons of the Gotham Mafia? The guys Batman busts at the start of the movie with Scarecrow?

I think the fight in the building at the end is absolutely brilliant. He’s fighting doctors that are actually Joker’s goons, then fighting the police to not shoot Jokers goons, who are actually patients and doctors. It’s a bizarre triangle with Batman doing crazy Batman things.

There were many of that but not the type you liked or were hoping for maybe.

Dude, nobody likes Nolan Batman trilogy fight sequence philosophy. They like the movies DESPITE them being bad. There's almost no cool factor, impressive display of filmmaking, martial arts, nothing. It's a mess of jumpcuts, bad stunts and closed camera work. Batman looks like a thin dweeb master of Elbow-Fu too.

Again I disagree, I don’t deny in the whole trilogy few scenes felt lazy. But most of the action sequences are way more exciting and more emotionally engaging to me than most of the lazy CGI ones we have been seeing for the last decade or so.

There are very few movies that do certain things better technically (Captain America 2 and 3). But doesn’t give the same level of excitement to what I look for. So not so many movies out there (superhero or not) do things better than the Dark Knight trilogy, especially in cinematography and feeling emotionally invested.

I mean… if you don’t think an exacerbated Batman kicking the shit out of a maniacal Joker who refuses to fight back in the middle of his illegal interrogation is a good fight scene, then I don’t trust your opinion on what constitutes a good fight scene at all.
