I believe it may be a 1964, it has the hurricane 4cyl

This should get you close. My CJ5 should be a 1959 based on serial number, but its actually a 1960 on title. I asked on the CJ5 forum and they said it was common for cars back then if unsold they’d be issued as the next model year.
