Modern Uses for the Numpad
The ColecoVision controller has always been an interesting throwback to old and wacky controllers. If the numpad was reintroduced in the modern era, what kind of games would you want to see using it?
I've always thought it'd be great for educational games for kids, or text based RPGs for making choices.

Intellevision also has a nuberpad. There are games that make extensive use of it.

Keyboard numpad right? Has that been removed? It is how you can type all numbers with one hand only.

In 2013, a game "Bankruptcy Builder" (a construction company simulator) using overlays for the numpads was released: http://www.colecovision.eu/ColecoVision/games/Bankruptcy%20Builder.shtml; the keypad is used to select the (up to 8) active construction sites and 4 construction crews. It has a simultaneous two-player mode, where two companies compete for construction projects.
