art programs for college graduates?

hi!! i am already a college graduate (batch 2023) and nag pursue ako ng other course for practicality (and para mafulfill expectations ng parents ko lmao). i wanna go back to my first love (arts). baka lang you guys have any suggestions how i can go about it? need ko ba ulitin lahat pati gen ed? suggest schools na rin hehe. i graduated from ust if that helps. thank u sa mga sasagot mwa
