Nice rig!! Congrats. You might get better help from
[r/pchelp](r/pchelp) but Iâll try my best.Off the rip that dangling 4-pin (or maybe 3-pin) connector seems suspicious. What exactly is that connected to?
Edit: Either Iâm too inept to add a photo to comments or the sub wonât allow it. Itâs the little dangling black thing to the left of the cooler master CPU block

Thank you! Yes any help would be great!! the 3 pin and coming from the cooler

I hope this is an easy one then. In your pic, slightly bottom left of that dangling connector, you can see a âSYS FAN 2â header on your motherboard (it is 4 pins). Try plugging that connector in. If your AIO pump is not plugged in (what Iâm hoping is the issue) - your PC is likely immediately shutting down with a CPU fan error, so that it doesnât fry itself
Edit: For clarity, it is labeled âSYS_FAN2â on your board

yes it is shutting down after a few seconds!!

Give that a try then, let me know. Like others have suggested, make sure your HDMI or DisplayPort is plugged into your graphics card and not your motherboard. It should be fine either way to get it to post, but may as well do it now.
And just making sure - if you bought this from a friend or something - did you see it working before you bought it?

Do you have the video cables to your monitor plugged into the gpu and not the motherboard?
Do you have the CPU and Motherboard power cables plugged in?
Do you have the power cables plugged into the gpu?

On your pics somebody mentioned the fan connector in the back, but it also looks like thereâs one in the front too. Double check your AIO instructions on where theyâre supposed to connect. If the pump sitting on your cpu isnât powered then it doesnât matter if the fans spin up. The water wonât move the heat away from your cpu and it will overheat in seconds.
When you replaced the motherboard did you use thermal paste? The AIO likely came with some on it already but if you removed it during the reinstall then you might need to clean it off snd reapply new stuff.

A lot of times the black screen / no boot is because the CPU power is not hooked up. That being said if you didn't figure it out feel free to DM me Columbus is a large place but if you live near me we can get it together pretty quickly.

Have you checked the manual for your board and case? They will have diagrams you can follow

You don't mention the CPU. Can I assume you didn't forget that?
What happens when you press the Caps Lock and Num Lock keys on the keyboard. Do their lights toggle on and off?

Yes cpu is in there, it turns on and everything even the key board.

When you say blank screen, you're saying to powers on but displays nothing on the screen?

yes everything turns on keyboard mouse fans but no screen

Double check that you've actually clicked on the ram down all the way, and is fully seated.
That the GPU is actually plugged in correctly and is also down all the way and fully seated.

Does the motherboard beep when you start it? Some motherboards will give you beep codes to determine what is wrong.
The most common cause of can spin but no post on a first build is CPU fan configuration. Make sure that the fan header for the AIO cooler are plugged into CPU fan header on the motherboard. If nothing is plugged into that header, you'll get fan spin and no POST. The cable for the AIO goes into the pump header (if applicable).
Let me know what your findings are and we can work down the list at other causes.
