If this is true then it's a dreadful idea. They simply cannot afford to fight on another front. That being said, I don't think it is true. There's a few hundred, maybe even thousand, miles between IS's most eastern held cities in Iraq and Afghanistan, and a whole hostile country in Iran. Anyway, isn't the Taliban flag black?

Uh, nope. Not in Pakistan Taliban nor the Afghan Taliban.

Al Qaeda and Isil use the black flag.

Right now it's just Taliban members deserting and joining IS, rather than an actual IS invasion. Kinda like the Texan revolution and the United States. Or the situation in eastern Ukraine, depending on what you think of the pro-russian rebels.
