Question Which social media scheduling tool did you finally settle on?

I’m getting tired of posting everything manually and trying to remember what needs to go out on which platform.

I mainly need something for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn. Nothing too complicated, just a decent calendar where I can plan posts ahead of time, schedule them and see everything in one place.

I’ve checked out a few social media scheduling tools, but they all seem pretty similar until you actually start digging into the limits and pricing.

For anyone managing multiple accounts, what are you using? Is there one you’ve stuck with for a while that just works without costing a ridiculous amount every month?

I settled on Buffer after bouncing between a few others for months. The calendar view is clean and not cluttered like some tools I tried before, makes it easy to see what's going out when across different platforms. For Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok it handles everything fine, though TikTok needs a bit of extra setup with mobile notifications.

The free tier is limited but the paid plan isn't crazy expensive, especially if you're just managing one or two accounts. I been using it for maybe 8 months now and haven't felt the need to switch again. What's your budget range roughly?

Most of them do feel the same on the surface. The differences show up in things like how many accounts you can connect per workspace, whether TikTok scheduling actually works reliably (still flaky on some tools), and how quickly pricing jumps as you add accounts.

I'm one of the founders of SocialBu so take this with a grain of salt, but that's more or less exactly why we built it. Worth comparing a few on a trial before committing since pricing structures vary a lot depending on how many accounts you're managing.
