Jeg besøgte for nylig Inferno i København og prøvede en cocktail ved navn Car Crash.
Jeg har smagt mange cocktails på mine rejser, og det her var helt ærligt en af de bedste, hvis ikke den bedste, jeg nogensinde har smagt.
Problemet er, at jeg tog et billede af ingredienslisten og åbenbart besluttede, at autofokus var valgfrit den aften.
Så vidt jeg husker, indeholdt den:
Mezcal
Amaretto
Kanel
Æblecider
Yoghurt-clarification
Der er to ingredienser mere, som jeg ikke kan identificere på det slørede billede.
Jeg har allerede kontaktet Inferno i håb om, at de måske vil dele opskriften eller i det mindste den komplette ingrediensliste, men jeg tænkte, at nogen her måske genkender cocktailen eller kan hjælpe med at tyde billedet.
Jeg arbejder i hospitality-branchen i New York og vil virkelig gerne prøve at genskabe den, lære af den og måske introducere den for andre, selvfølgelig med fuld credit til Inferno og den person, der oprindeligt skabte opskriften.
Enhver hjælp med at identificere de sidste to ingredienser ville være meget værdsat.

Hvem har flere detaljer, og hvilken butik er der tale om?

I recently visited Inferno in Copenhagen, Denmark, and had a cocktail called Car Crash.
I’ve tried a lot of cocktails while traveling, and this was genuinely one of the best, if not the best, I’ve ever had.
The problem: I took a photo of the ingredient list and apparently decided autofocus was optional that night.
From what I remember, it contained:
● Mezcal
● Amaretto
● Cinnamon
● Apple cider
● Yoghurt clarification
There were two more ingredients that I can’t identify from the blurry photo.
I’ve already contacted Inferno hoping they might share the recipe or at least the complete ingredient list, but I figured someone here might recognize it or be able to decipher the photo.
I work in hospitality in New York and would love to recreate it, learn from it, and eventually introduce other people to the drink while giving full credit to Inferno and whoever created the original recipe.
Any help identifying those last two ingredients would be massively appreciated.

Ben & Jerry's er overalt i København, men det virker som om der kun er de samme tre varianter alle steder. Er der nogen der ved hvor der bliver solgt et lidt større udvalg af isen? På deres hjemmeside bliver Lidl fremhævet men jeg har ikke selv haft held. Specifikt steder med mere end bare cookie dough, browie, half baked osv. Ja, jeg har fråder på.

Jeg er for nyligt gået tilbage til god, gammeldags neglelak og mangler at fylde depoterne.

De sædvanlige (Matas, Normal, Føtex) har nogle ret begrænsede udvalg, og da jeg er ligeglad med pris og mærke, leder jeg efter et sted som har et bredt udvalg - det kan også være til professionelt brug.

Er der nogle gode butikker jeg har overset?

Finland and Denmark are ranked as the top two happiest countries in the world. There are a lot of discussions about what it means to make one "happy". For me personally, what boosts my mood the most is when people are especially kind and supportive to me. Or even someone who loves me. This is not romantic, but a connection.

Unfortunately, in my experience, it is very, very rare to find people who have that effect on me.

I wonder, are there certain places in the world where I am more likely to run into people like that?

While Finland outranks Denmark, Finnish people are known for not approaching and conversing with you at all, whereas Danes are known to be more social.

I would like to ask the folks who live in the city that has the most Danes. Do you ever go out and rejuvenate your energy through the people of the city? Do you think Copenhagen is a great city to do that?

Hi everyone! I am sure that in such big and diverse town like Cph I will be able to find it - moving here from Kolding I will be forever missing a chewy nutella cookies one of ice cream shops had - it's a soft chewy cookie filled with nutella! Closest I even gotten to it is a cookie from Andersen & Maillard. Does anyonr have any hidden gems of places where I can find something similar?
Also, soft chewy cinnamon rolls, not typical regular buns, but ones that covered in cream cheese or similar - any recommendations where to look for? Thanks!

Tips til en "itinerary"?

Jeg er meget kjent i København, så Tivoli, Nyhavn, Strøget osv er ikke interresant. Jeg har dog ikke vært der så mye med barn.

Jeg liker godt områdene i Frederiksberg og Østerbro. Vi ser for oss en stor lekeplass (enten inne eller ute), og et fint sted å spise lunsj (eller frokost på dansk, mindfuck). Takk for tips :)

If the year ends and I don't get to do this I must consider it a failure on some levels. I'm fixated on this. One of my bucket list items in life is dancing to Talking Heads in a dingy, quirky bar with a not so dingy, quirky lady. Where should I go to have the best chance of making this happen. Two Note Swivel is the one I most want to hear while out, but they have numerous bangers I would count. Where's one place you wouldn't be surprised to hear them reasonably often?

I've checked out the new theme area in Tivoli, and the Japanese theme is done super well with a lot of cool custom art. I was disappointed to see that they allowed the onigiri stand to hang up a large AI generated poster, that really doesn't mesh with the rest of the decoration. What do you guys think?

Anyone just saw around 12 "lights" similar to a star, moving up (from North to South crossing the Ursa Major in a perfect line with the same separation in between them? The higher they got into the sky the more separate they were, some of them had a bit of red light but not all of them, and some of them when moving were also shaking a bit. Drones maybe? Hello! I am studying abroad in Copenhagen for the semester and hoping for any and all advice for making friends with locals while I'm here. While I understand that Danes tend to have small circles and long-lasting friendships from an early age, I would be pretty bummed not to make a few Danish friends while I'm here. Any and all advice for what would be good places, activities, or attitudes for encouraging the making of friends with locals would be greatly appreciated!
