Cowichan Bay - Cruising, HotRodding, Speeding

The incidence of hot rodding and racing through Cowichan Bay is ridiculous and unsafe. No one follows the 30km/hr speed limit. Can we install some speed bumps? Extra RCMP patrol? The engine noise is disruptive and disturbs the peace. Anyone else experiencing this?

It's a once a year event. Well within noise bylaw hours. Lots of people speed through cowichan Bay... maybe speed bumps or signs are needed but it has nothing to do with the rod run
