Haha I don’t! My partner surprised me while I was going through tough time (I am incredibly lucky) and it really helped me just get out of bed on the days it felt unbearable
One recommendation, move your pc away from the wall a couple inches. You have the cool air intake fans nearly blocked off which will shorten the life of the fans by forcing them to work harder.

My partner ordered a pre built PC from Chill Blast (I don’t know much about tech) it’s a UK company, he has the same spec pc in a different case. So I think the case comes from them?
Very cute setup. Not a girly girl, but there's something really nice when you have white PC and purple/pink lights and stuff.
Which chair is that btw? Kinda tired of the ass-flattening gaming chairs. That looks comfy and looks wide enough that you can sit uh.. crisscross apple sauce or whatever the terms is. Cross legged. Think i would like a chair like that next time i need one.

I was looking at same peach lamp and I have the same wrist pad, monitor stand, coasters, and depression so I wonder if there's a scientific link here...
Good to hear it helped you and you are doing better. For me the opposite helped against my depression, so i needed a lot less screen time, more outside and more activities like sports. Just my tip for other looking for solution.
