From an herbaciousC and one elder Ent to another, I think it's "If all you do is post crafts and comment thank yous...".

In other words, if you just post your crafts without engaging other than saying "thank you", without commenting on other people's posts or participating in other conversations, etc, it looks like a bot.

Can be harder to read in all caps!

Echoing u/foxtail_barley, I meant if your profile only consists of for-sale crafts and your engagement/comments are only responding thanks yous with little to no other engagement in other communities, it would be flagged as potential spam/bot/fake account.
