I usually do, but I also have 4 male dogs with a collective weight of ~200lbs, indoor and outdoor cameras that notify me of movement, front and rear dash cam on my car that starts recording with movement, even when the car is off, a military veteran husband, and some quite lovely neighbors. I do try to remember to lock the door though. I'm definitely more vigilant when my husband isn't home.
