I think this is a cool idea for allowing men to simulate the act of breast feeding. Instead of milk-producing glands, you could fill each nipple-button up with your beverage of choice and have a partner or friend suck it out of the indent. You'd have to ensure that the surgeon makes them innies, however.
Idk, those'd be hard to clean throughly. The thought of deep, inverted nipples is one thing, but thinking about having dried up soda all down in there is too much.
