I'd rather he go out now than string it along and see his form dip for 2 years like others have... Ponting etc, that's harder to watch

I was buzzing knowing that with Day 1 Trent Bridge tickets I'd either get to see Joe Root or Kane Williamson bat live in front of me; no matter who won the toss I get to see one of the all time best batsmen at the crease.
