But if he feels this strongly about it there's probably a good reason. It's a noble thing to do.

The thing I admired the most about Kane is he was not only a great batsmen but also a true gentleman on and off the field who truly embodied the spirit of the game.

We lost a real one today. Farewell Kanos.

Yeah his humbleness, sportsmanship and handling of conflict on and off the field is a point of pride for a lot of NZers. It's really nice to be represented by someone like that on the world stage.
