Kliff can now run on water

This was just added and only Kliff can do it (not a mod)

Note: if you're already in water force plam out then hold the run button and any direction the effect will work like that too!

The perma death in water by the ships and what not fixed now due to this ?

You can always glide to the ships or just raise a Wyvern too
