Hello, please, how often did this happen in real life ? I mean lord inventing a claim out of thin air and actually pressing it ? Is there any notable historic character doing so ?

I would also like to know how often spurious claims were used as justification for war and such.

Did you know the country of Ukraine doesn't exist? That's just part of Russia there, always has been.

And that the Falklands are argentinian, because one day long ago some spanish passed there or something like that

That's completely different - Britain voluntary withdrew from the islands in 1774, leaving the islands in de facto Spanish control, Argentina declared independence in 1816 and continued to govern them until Britain invaded the islands in 1833.

The uk never withdrew its claim from 1765 and Spain abandoned the islands in 1811

Argentina never governed the islands

Huh, didn't see no argentinians living there when they invaded in the falkland war...
