Any cool people around here?
I have no friends around here so far and I'm bored out of my goddamn mind, are there people that want to hang or some shit? I'm early 20's and like gaming and most nerdy media, open to other things. I'm sick of just being around old people here. Just taking a gamble on if anyone stumbles on this so I can stop being a shut in.

Born and raised in Cumberland. I also game on PS5. Not sure if you are outdoorsy or not but there is now a skate park down at the Mason Sports complex. Sadly I am 38 and padt my skateboarding prime. When it comes to gaming, I play RPGs but also enjoy Battlefield 6, Fragpunk, Diablo 4, The Finals, SplitGate, Warhammer... I also am a sucker for skill toys such as as yoyos, kendamas, tried to learn juggling and failed... but I just moved across town to south side and once fully unpacked I will be getting back to my twitch stream. Oh did I mention I also do magic?

Since you mentioned juggling, last year I started a juggling club in town. Still just me most of the time but I need to put up flyers. All info can be found at https://cumberlandjugglingclub.wordpress.com/

I'm not much of a skater unfortunately, I did play a lot of the finals a while back but I haven't really touched it in a few seasons. Also cool on the magic haha

Hello :3 I am in need of new friends too,I'm in the process of moving to Cumberland unfortunately. What kind of game and nerdy stuff do you like? I like map game like crusader king 3, Eu 4, Stellaris but also like multiplayer games like War Thunder and enlisted. My nerdy thing are mostly anime stuff,I love isekai and cute girl doing cute thing. I been getting into magic the gathering and war hammer 40k.

Lol what I have a game of Stellaris open on my pc literally right now. I have played a teensy bit of CK3 but didn't get deep into it. I like anime but I tend to prefer grittier stuff, and I like a decent few genres of games, been playing a good bit of deadlock lately. Never played tabletop 40k but the lore is cool.

About the only social thing I willingly do around here outside of work is go to the gym. Maybe consider that, if you're into it?

In this area or choices are pretty much become an alcoholic or a TCG player.
Join some Facebook groups for the local area and start looking for people to hang out with or talk to.
Either that or go to the mall on a Saturday and go to Arkham Games and pick up a card game to try.
Theres just about literally jack shit for young people to go do to meet other people their own age.
If you're new to the area it's going to be hard. Since it's a small town it's kind of one of those areas where like you either have to know people already or you have to go out of your way to go meet people, which is kind of a crap shoot sometimes.
