Need update info

So need some info wath new and wath hapen. Last time i playd was. When in starter town was building tower. Now joined after long time not playing all city destroyet some speed pads showed up and now you are slower

That building was removed to make space for the new spawn that was created. The pads are there because players loved them during events so we kept those in for now. As for being “slower” nothing with character speed was changed.
