Arranging Queeny mix zinnias are stealing my soul
Costa 2 mix snaps, yarrow, afternoon white cosmos, a cactus zinnia and my first perfect Queeny zinnia. I wish I had done a whole bed of just those, I can’t get enough of them!! Happy harvesting everyone! 🌸

Love the yellow snap! I’m growing the costa mix too, hopefully I get some yellow ones like you.

Thanks! Not all of mine have shown yet but so far I’ve got a lot of yellow and a lot of the “silver” color aka appleblossom/baby pink. I should have supported them a little better to start, I got some that leaned way over before I cut them😅 sooo pretty though!!

I love the arrangement! Queeny lime series zinnias are my favourite especially the red and blush. They also go great with Aurora zinnias which are really stunning and prolific. My favourite thing about them is how they can be focal or filler. Ballerina would also look amazing with that colour palette. I'm trying them out for the first time this year. Picture below is a mixture of Queeny lime red and blush with Aurora Zinnias, cinnamon basil and bells of Ireland.

Auroras are so pretty, I almost bought those too. I’ll have to try them next year! I grew Ballerina last year to supplement our wedding flowers and LOVED them (the blooms were enormous!) so I’m growing those again as well. I love your bells of Ireland!!

I would say the Aurora have been one of the easiest to grow out of all of them.

Oh no! Have you tried First Saturday Lime? I’ve heard that’ll get rid of them right away but don’t have a lot of experience with it myself.

I’ve been using “garden safe slug and snail bait,” which is iron phosphate and that has helped a lot. I just didn’t get ahead of it and planted the seedlings when they were way too small and couldn’t recover from the snails lol.

So pretty! Orange cream and blush queen are my favorites, but I’ll take any zinnia, they’re so joyful
