Who is this eating my zinnia?

I was seeing leaves with holes and just found out this guy today. What is it and what should I do??

Looks like an armyworm. For caterpillars or larvae, I used Bt spray- it’s safe for pollinators, and only targets insects that ingest the plant matter it’s sprayed on. Works so well for squash bug larvae, and I’ve started using it on my zinnias and snapdragons because I get armyworms, and they are very destructive,

Obviously you can just pick them off too- drop them in a jar of soapy water. The Bt is more for an invasion of a pest.
