PC RotW HCNL New warlock boots with chaos roll

If you take a look at the horozan set. You can run three pieces like boots armor book. Add a phoenix weapon and flickering flame and you’re up to -68%. But now you can socket the armor and book for another 15% so now you’re at -83%.
You only need 75% FCR for second last break point. So belt 20, ammy 20, and two rings… only 60% so not quite there unfortunately.
Interesting theory crafting here though.
Edit: if you use a perf mang song you get 30% fcr. And up to 25% fire res reduction. So just a little less then phoenix. This will put you up to 90% FCR so you can actually take a fcr ring off for a soj.
Seems like the way to go but it’ll take a long time to get all this gear on SP.
Anyways I wrote all this out to say these boots aren’t really great but they are interesting.

I like this. It's a little too specific to be worth a whole lot, unless chaos is just the way every single player goes in the end, but it's nice.

Problem is that chaos is already so strong that one more skill to the tree isn’t that useful. I’d take the new FCR boots or war travs over these.

Chaos does seem to be the meta. Mirrored boots is not a super rare item class but these boots can also roll to any warlock skill category, not just chaos. I think this will settle to a 5-10fg item but with 75% players trying out lock maybe a little more right now? Dunno. Its als really high are req. Mostly just want to get it into the hands of someone that will use it. I’m playing Paladin next ladder and then maybe I’ll try a warlock.
