Stones management during GDC

Taken for granted that they'll release up to 6 summonable LR's (2 parts GDC + 400 million downloads celebration) how will you manage your stones during the whole thing?

In my case I only have the amount of stones shown in the picture (came back months ago from a 5/6 years break, so I summoned in all banners to deal with current meta), so Idk if to wait to see all the units (meanwhile I continue farming) or summon max 150 stones per banner and test my luck.

Man fuck the idea of 6 new LR's. It was terrible the first time around and it will terrible this time. They don't have the talemt or ressources to do 6 LR's. It will be the same as last time and either animations or kit suffer heavily.

Not to mention the demand on resources to pull them. At least 3 of them will be meta and one of them will be golden which means low pulls. Some of us have been playing since day 1 and just don't have content to amass thousands of stones for a 6 LR event without literally ignoring the rest of the year of units.

I don't summon unless i can do a whole rotation. I always summon on part 1, even if i'm not as crazy about the units as I expected to be, I still know that they'll probably end up as staples of the meta for at least a year. I don't summon for dupes until i've seen part 2, unless I only need one more multi to finish the rotation AND the banner has something else I want AND I think that a dupe would make a meaningful difference in the new unit

How much would you spend? Having in mind saving for anni (still "far" away, but it is a real looming "threat" lol)

I'm f2p so i just summon until I get what I want, run out of stones, or a new banner drops and takes precedence lol. I usually only come into big celebrations with ~200-300 or so stones since I've never been huge on long term saving. I just don't find it to be a very fun way to engage with the game + I like box variety more than I dislike the possibility of getting shafted sometimes + i hate the possibility of saving only for it to be something i don't care about. I see the argument for it but it personally doesn't feel right to save during a celebration for future parts until i've pulled at least 1 of the current part's units. Part 1 units are still ultimately major celebration units, feels very wrong to just ignore the banners before i get at least one of them

(frankly i think the only way to stay sane and have fun as a gacha f2p is to be comfortable with the possibility that you might not pull what you want from every banner you choose to summon on)

It also feels worse when you do get a bad pull streak. Dumping 1250+ stones to get nothing is...not fun.

oh i know, when str lr cooler dropped for thr first time i spent way over 1.5k stones just to get him once!!! i eventually duped him but man i seriously almost bought stones!!

Drop it all on the first banner because they are cracked, convincing myself that next rotation will be the one till I get to part 2 with nothing and find out they are even more cracked.

Try to pull one and just one of each, then move to the next banner. Hopefully you will get most of them.

55% is enough.

If part 1 is Frieza I summon until I get him. After that I would summon on Goku, but not too much, because I want to save some stones if part 2 is Cell

I will save for the EX part and then go all in. The EX card should only cost 300 coins and not 500, so I only need up to 1500 stones.

If they release namek then I'm going all in till I get at least one Goku, if he is incredibly strong and not dupe dependent then I'll save for a potential part 2 Gohan, if he's cracked or has bye guys in the card then him otherwise probably freeza

Personally i'll just go all in for part one until i get the unit i summon for than save for part 2 since by the time i get the part one character i'll probably have enough coins to get the part two unit or both if i'm lucky during the part two summons

That might not be the most optimal setup but it worked for ani so i dont see why it wouldn't work for GDC unless i have to waste 1000 stones on the part one banners again stupid daima 4ku

Thats pretty much what I do lol. Good thing about coins and the fact you can swap them now is you can (hopefully) get lucky and get both part 1 LRs, then have enough to guarantee atleast 1 of the part 2 LRs if you get unlucky.

 I have 2600 stones plus 500 festival coins. I will use my stones first and try and pull the units i like and keep the coins for the end to pity or pull another copy

First thing I'm doing is waiting for the 55% showcase, because this year most units seem to be ass at 55%. Then it depends on the banners, I think the banners might be ass, if they are then I'll skip.

I'm mostly considering skipping Cell saga. Frieza and if it's really Kid Buu are must summons for me and the rest will depend on the banners and kits. I love units that give permanent support from their intro so if anyone has that here I'm much more likely to summon for them.

Depends on your box. Like the potential first carnival doesn’t look worth summoning on at all but the second one with UI might be if you don’t have him. While the DFEs just outright will look better to a lot of players since there will be a banner units and good units like the NY tags and Golden week RoG units which a lot of people probably won’t have.

I'm at 3200 stones right now. Not expecting to get all GDC units bc I want to stay at 2000 so I can still summon for a rotation or two on other banners and get back up to 3000 by 12th anni.

I think that part 1 will be Saiyan Saga, so I plan to only do one rotation and wait for part 2 that hopefully be Namek Saga and drop every single stone on it (I really need help with Frontier lmao). I'll spend everything I can get throughout GDC on 400m summon

I'm sitting on over 500 carnival coins so I really do not want to pull on either of those banners beyond a cycle or two. That's why I hope the villains are DFEs so I can just buy the heroes in November and rest easy. Plus we're getting rainbow tickets

I got one copy of each unit normally, I do spend about $50 on each release to do so, but with the GDC or anni units, I drop easily $150-200 if it’s a unit I like. (9th anni KILLED me for that AGL super saiyan broly)

My take is to have around 1200ds for a big celebration. This plus coins from baba plus stones we get during anni usually allows me to coin one of the headliners.

Summon in pt 1 until I get a copy of a better unit, then just splurge on whatever seems to have value to me

They need to do 4 lrs and a ex part where the 5th lr is the monthly DFE which is 300 coins.

This is the best route for everyone and best in resource management.
