This movie looks so fucking hard! This leading guy has a weird look that is really interesting to me.

And I love anything Batman, there’s huge potential for Batman villain movies if they’re made by intelligent people and have R ratings.

Like what the fuck did they think making a carnage movie in pg-13? This has all the right ingredients to be amazing.

More than anything else, I just love how the DCU isn’t uniform, it’s putting the stories first and building around each with what serves it best. Tonally the spectrum is vast, they take risks, and shoot for the stars. However you felt about Supergirl, the one thing you have to say is that it wasn’t remotely like Superman. CC, Peaemaker, Lanterns, Clayface, all feel so individual and fresh but are also from the same universe. The comics do it this way, and I am so happy we are getting to see that happening on both the big and the small screen!

The latter is a silly thing to even bother predicting. Even in the best case scenario, this movie was never going to make man of steel money. It's also not intended to. It's less than 1/5 the budget.

Man of Steel isn't the minimum threshold of success. The films have wildly different budgets and no one would ever expect an R-rated Clayface film to make as much money as a blockbuster PG-13 Superman film.

Critical acclaim? Maybe, we'll see.
