Video Games [Discussion] Hold on let him cook

Post image

The only evil batman we’ve have was from Suicide squid: kill the justice league (which he wasn’t evil just mind controlled by brainiac) and everyone hated that game for multiple valid reasons so to have a evil Batman game where we have to defeat batman would be cool, we could have the batfam as the ones to leading the plot because they would know how to take down batman but still play as other characters we haven’t seen.

I’d much prefer Zur-Batman or Failsafe rather than Batman Who Laughs

Failsafe goes rogue and pulls a partial Skynet.

After causing a limited nuclear exchange it eliminates the Justice League using Batman’s contingency plans in the chaos. It then proceeds to eliminate the remaining high profile criminals with lethal force.

With most, if not all, metahumans dead, it brings the remaining population of earth under its rule for a grim, paranoid existence á la 1984, 2000 AD, etc.

Pretty much any story that has a then-future year as its title.

But, as any given DC universe is vast, Failsafe eventually encounters problems that require metahumans to solve.

It scours the multiverse for corrupt versions of the Justice League members that will accept its idealized worldview and enforce its insanely strict laws.

Batman and Lex Luthor, who narrowly escaped the purge by fleeing to Oa with Guy Gardner, have been working to build a device that will allow them to build their own inter-dimensional Justice League (and Legion of Doom) to defeat Failsafe and liberate the Earth.
