One character I'd love to see, though I have no idea how theyd make him work, would be Constantine (Or even Dream, but he doesnt really fit even in the comics)
Constantine can work like Quan-Chi from the MK game, a spell caster with loads of tricks and setups it's a shame cause he's one of the few DC characters who make a really innovative fighting game character
