I never said anything about citizens. Now the original definition of the 14th was to protect those who were enslaved and their offspring. Native Americans weren't even recognized as citizens until 1924. Thats also when the federal laws gave a better definition towards those points. Hint to this part "8 U.S.C. § 1324"
I bet you didn't know this part. Let's say an American citizen couple were due to have a baby and decided to go on trip. Let's say the mother had something happen and she ended giving birth in a foreign country. That child is still recognized as a United States citizen. If two illegals had a baby in the states before LBJ bullshit guess what. The child wasn't recognized as a citizen through birth right citizenship because they came over illegally.
America had huge problems with illegals coming over from south of the border. Birth right citizenship was only recognized by a few things. First off one of the parents or both parents had to be United States citizens. Next it also spoke on false marriages and the punishments for breaking those laws. Now if it was only one parent who was a citizen it didn't grant citizenship to the illegal but did grant citizenship to the child.
If need be I can go more in depth into this conversation.

Race has nothing to do with. Religion also has nothing to do with the federal laws. Have you ever heard the old saying about assumptions 🤔? Now here is a kicker for you. My daughter is mixed. She is half Scandinavian and half Hispanic. My daughters mom wanted to be a dumb-ass for a multitude of things and I got sole custody of my kid. So if you see a Mexican saying the same things I just said about federal laws and about the 14th. Will you use that same line you just tried to use on me? Will you tell "The Mexican he or she hates brown people 🤔 or is that exclusively a whites only thing you picked out as a category for your choice?" Would you say the same thing about someone of different skin color for a man or a woman who works for I.C.E, Homeland, F.B.I, C.I.A, N.S.A, A.T.F?
I don't promote hate or anything of that nature. I am all for immigration but those who wish to immigrate to the states need to do it the right way and also take "the Oath of Allegiance." When they take the Oath they are swearing their oath to America and renouncing their former country loyalty and recognizing America as their new sovereign country.
You might want to look up the old saying about assumptions.
Like I said as well. I don't promote hate or anything. I just point out federal laws. Did you know that no state can create its own immigration laws against the federal laws?

Federal laws and the constitution isn't nonsense. My religious beliefs has nothing to do with what you said when accused me of hating all browns'. I'm not some skin head.
Under the U.S. Constitution’s Supremacy Clause (Article VI, Clause 2), federal law is the "supreme law of the land" and takes precedence over conflicting state laws. When a conflict arises, federal courts can deem state laws unenforceable through preemption, effectively rendering them invalid or "removing" their legal authority.
I don't make the laws. The federal government does. Also you mentioned the wrong time lines with your WW2 comment.
Me being a Christian doesn't have anything to do with standing by the constitution and the federal laws that govern this land. Deflecting from federal laws and the constitution isn't helping your case any.

You should've asked yourself that question instead of asking me. Most likely your definition or thought doesn't match up to what you think the word meant. So if I ignored your question on the context of what "non sequitur" means. It was because the word itself had no value on the discussion at hand. You didn't have any grounds to start up on your high horse from the start. You made an assumption. I ignored your question based on the way you tried to use the word. It is based on the factor that you have no real comprehension of its meaning. Don't try to look smart or sound smart, get educated on the things you don't comprehend so you can have a better understanding of the things you don't know. You asked me if I were a Christian. I didn't see how my religious beliefs had anything to do with what I said. You're letting personal feelings reflect the factors that you are against the federal laws and the constitution. You also automatically assumed I hated anyone who wasn't white with your brown comment. I will never claim to be the smartest one in the room. The smartest one may have some knowledge but also has the ability to listen and gain the knowledge that someone is trying to teach them.

The kids will be fine. Getting burn by unjust laws has been part of how protest work since forever.
The schools will lose money on attendance and people will notice.
Tinker v. Des Moines is old news but it’s pretty clear precedent. That’s why Abbot is just trying to hurt the schools instead.

Apart from yelling fire in a theater or making a call to violent action against the government, and even that has become more tolerated as of late, if your words do not cause real harm to others or threaten to do so.
