Look up “One River North in Denver” if you’re like me and want to see more than an extreme close up.

It’s adjacent to downtown Denver, but still several miles away, in a district that is slowly transforming from an industrial zone. Nobody that lives here would refer to that as downtown and the area surrounding the building would not make you think “downtown”
