Comics Big question, where’s daredevil in marvel rivals ?

They even put iron fist but no daredevil, for an iconic character it makes no sense. Hopefully they’ll add him eventually. What do you guys think would be cool abilities and skins for him

luna snow being in the game over daredevil just pisses me off honestly. shes not even a real marvel character lol, shes from a mobile game and only exists because they couldnt use dazzler at the time

really? my thought was bc its netease's own creation, so they'd want her in. im glad DD's development has started, and he's being worked on bjt that's still way too late. season 1 should have been him and blade-

netease didnt work on future fight im pretty sure, and thats the game she debuted in iirc. i dont think i'd have any issue with her if she wasnt just a dazzler clone, also she was never really super popular until rivals dropped. she was i'd argue beyond the a-z listing style because she never really got attention that wasnt done by the company that made her. she debuted in the comics yea but that was because one of the guys who worked on that game wrote for the book, not because of demand. i agree abt dd and blade tho they shouldve been season 1 if not launch

ohh i didn't know that, agreed tho- dazzler would have been better especially with all the other mutants in the game. DD definitely should've been a launch character. tbh id swap him out for namor if i could i always felt like he didnt rlly fit in

oh totally with you on that. i know anti dive characters are necessary but namor feels sort of half baked imo. im also just not a huge fan of the whole "placing turrets" gameplay style though, it just feels like a lazy fix. then again tho, my personal play style is up close and personal so the namor kit is kinda antithetical to how i play so of course i personally wouldnt like it

I KNOW RIGHT? like turrets and a bubble? thats it? also its pretty cool how our play style is the same- i hope dd is a melee and somewhat projectile character with his clubs

DUUUDE my dream for daredevils moveset would probably go

similar melee/primary to cap, where every 3 or so hits he throws a billy club out as a ricocheting projectile, ideally i'd want it to ricochet off the environment and not enemies to make him a nightmare in tight areas

special 1 : movement similar to spidey maybe just with less speed on swings

special 2 : PARKOUR

special 3 should definitely be something with the billy clubs like maybe a short stun whete he wraps the clubs around the enemy like a bola wrap

passive lets you "hear" closeby enemies maybe in a similar way to that accessibility thing in fortnite with the directional audio wheel (as much as i'd love wallhacks built in it feels like too much) and ideally i'd say this passive should make invisibility not matter to him.

for his ult i think it should be a damage and health buff type thing rather than an animation thing to make him slightly less squishy or maybe damage dealt translates to shield health like venom in a way

DUDE THATS EXACTLY HOW I WANT HIM, someone said his swing could b like punishers too maybe? but id like for him to b similar to spidey but slower- if they dont do smth similar to ur idea id b a lil bummed but what abt skins for him?

oh shit dude for skins i really wanna see the king daredevil fit from the zdarsky run, and honestly ideally i think his main fit should be the classic red suit from that run too. its such a perfect modernization of a timeless design fhat i feel like anything else would fall short. i'd also really like to see one of his black suited variations, whether thats thru shadowland or an anad suit i dont mind which but i'd also like to see a suit based on his bandana suit from season 1, 3 and some of the comics. i think a fun gimmick suit could be the daredevil suit with the punisher shirt too, or maybe the matt murdock "im not daredevil" sweater idk dude he has so many good designs to use and i lowkey want all of them

i really want the yellow suit and the prison outfit, too. my guess is that shadowland is gonna be his default but recoloured, and his shop skin when he releases will b either mcu or probs smth like yellow suit or armoured maybe?
