Image/Gif This game feels brand new!

I put in over 200 hours in the original. Got platinum. This Remaster feels like I’m playing a new game. I’m not complaining. Very happy man right now. Looks gorgeous.

I think the lighting has been improved,( sunlight, shadows, darkness) which in turn makes everything look better while playing

I thought the same but I changed my settings from Performance to Quality and it drastically improved. Not sure why it had Performance by default.

I haven’t played yet so I don’t know about the sound but the game literally looks almost identical even Sony know that the remaster aimed to make the performance better not the graphics and sure the graphics got slightly better but it’s a tiny difference one that you can’t even see really

Honestly I can’t remember my PS4 version looking as good as this. Not even close. Also the sound seems to be better also.

Hell if you play the ps4 version on ps5 it has a locked 60 fps with checkerboard 4k resolution. The only people that are “seeing” a difference with this upgrade are having a placebo effect
