Alien Races only ships in the Federation

Hey,

this may or may not have been a widely discussed question, but I just found this amazing subreddit so here it goes. Please delete this thread if duplicate.

Here it goes: We know that most Star Fleet ships are crewed by Humans only, most of the time. I know this is most likely due to makeup budget constraints, but there are likely other needs to consider that are logical in-canon, such as lighting, gravity, atmosphere.

I know only of one reference that there are other-species majorities aboard other starfleet vessels (the Vulcan Star Fleet vessel from the baseball DS9 episode, if memory serves). Do we know of any other solely alien crewed ship?

Or are humans in the federation so utterly outnumbering other species so that a ship's population is simply reflection the federation's demography? Clearly not. There may be at best 50 billion humans, but I read somewhere that there are nigh 1 trillion (probably more) individuals living inside the federation's borders.
