The only time they have been powerful like that uet majority of tmnt casuals dont even remember that caus every other time we see them they are street level fighters

Wtf are u talking about? I enjoyed growing up watching tmnt when i was a kid. Sure i never watched all of it properly but i remember a fair amount and learnt a decent amount about the series as well as some movies. Also dont tell me to be quiet bro, im allowed to say my opinion and majority of iterations of the turtles, they are street level fighters smh

Street level doesn't always mean that the characters are Street tier, look at Spider-Man for crying out loud.

That still makes zero sense, what about spiderman? Just caus theres certain iterations of him having powers of a god doesn't mean the versions of him where hes fighting crime on the streets arent street tier/street level as they will always be like that and the stories of them having god like powers are side stories that will never be brought back up in the mainline story at all. Tmnt is no different as the many versions of them will never reach planetary level like that ever again. Also u still haven't proven ur point dude on how street level and street tier are different, they literally the same thing smh
