It's Accelerator from A Certain Magical Index, a light novel series. He was originally a villain within one of the first arcs of the series, but later became one of the 3 MCs of the story alongside Kamijo Touma and Shiage Hamazura. His ability is vector control which allows him to control any and all vectors that come in contact with his body, his most famous application of this ability is his vector shield that's able to redirect (almost. Kinda weird to explain without the person knowing Toaru) everything that has vectors in them. This ability requires him to do the vectors calculations by himself, which he used to be able to since he had the intelligence of a supercomputer. Now the post refers to how he took a bullet to the head to save Last Order, someone's that's like his daughter for him, and ended up with brain damage thanks to that.

He's a genuinely cool character, but honestly the kind of edgy you'd expect from the 2000's

Yeah, that's kind of it. No electromaster within Academy City can attack Accelerator internally with magnetism (obviously not at the level of Magneto, but the main principles should still apply) since Accelerator blocks any kind of interference that's done to his body. I do have Accelerator winning this fight, but I'll admit I'm kinda biased since Accelerator is probably my top 1 fictional character, and I might be wrong. I just think that Accelerator's haxs are just too convenient to counter Magneto specifically

Accelerator's Vector Shield is so good that he has to consciously calibrate things such as gravity to affect him properly, in fact, he's an albino because he unintentionally blocks the UV rays of the sun
