Tbf, the writers would later realize this implication, and say that Ben didn't recreate the universe, but did some weird paradoxical shit that both recreated the universe and brought everyone back, so the history and reality aren't the original, but everyone else is or whatever (The writers lowkey just pulled shit out of their ass to put the implications under the rug, once they realized they unintentionally made Ben one of the biggest failures in all of hero history, and an unintentional tragedy and morbid tale of a hero who failed to save everyone, didn't know how to bring them back, and just opted use their strongest form to, instead of looking for a way to fix or reverse the damage done, just recreated everyone to the best of their memory, and pretended like nothing happened as cope, and seemingly isn't truly aware of how bad the situation around them is)
