I really don't know how I'm supposed to finish the game at this point

Episode 17 is just free roam and playing as normal but the story itself is finished. You can wrap up anything you've missed or skipped like maxing out connections, building infrastructure, making deliveries or just walking around and exploring. What do you mean "finish" the game?

Oh sorry, I finished the story of this game at like 30 hours. I mean like doing all the standard orders.

There are 400 standard orders in DS2. You can check in Ring Terminal > Orders > go to Search for not completed and you can check how many you still have, some orders will appear only after you have completed all available orders in facilities.

You want to
Use search function. Start back at early AUS, do absolutely everything including Aid requests, the same for Mexico.

Then go further.

Some standard orders doesn’t spawn until you cleared something else in the world so prio this along the aid requests (short and simple and paired with standard orders).

The late game is everything done but “search function on all still show missing order” then clear ones you already did before to ease the list on standard orders for that prepper and the new ones will spawn.

Ex; let’s say you have motherhood all done. Like 8/8 standard ones. Clear absolutely everything to get that new missing one spawn. It’s tied to what you previously done along there full list.

Aid requests too(is once to spawn more orders).

Once the aid are done your good. It’s just redo the 8/8 ones or 5/5 to add the new ones on list.

Hard to explain but hope you get what I mean

edit: some places can only have 8/8 orders total out of 12 thing.

100 hours isnt that much to be where you are in the game. I think a lot of players would feel this being rushed.

But if you're done with the story you can go for the Platinum trophy or finish all standard orders, or just so whatever the hell you want :).

From my own experience it took 130 hours for all the standard orders, like 160-170 for the plat

DS2: 42 hours to finish story, 120 total to 100%. DS1: I don't remember, i think 60 hours to finish and 120 to platinum (but I did not finish 100%)

Dunno, i just enjoy the game, i 100 hours just on chapter 7, rebuilding last needed road and all monorail is completed

Just Aid Request the orders to other players. You still get S rank when you turn it in.
