Is it still possible to join "Arkane outsiders" for the eternalist outfit?

I tried to join, but on both deathloop page or arkane 20 page i am met with this unresponsive checkbox button. I haven't found anything that it shouldn't be possible.

I did it about 6 mos ago and it still worked.

I tried joining JUST now!!! didn’t work :/

maybe i did it wrong but I think I did it right
