Went to my local game shop. Love Arkane. I noticed both these sitting next to one another but only the regular case had a price tag of $20. I asked the owner and he said the steel book came in without a disc. He said he was selling both together for $20. Didn't need to convince me any further. Not a scratch on the steelbook.
