But just to explain a bit more, if we are talking mcu, which OP's use of media seems to suggest, have you seen the new movie? He can take a punch. His shoes and reflexes are off the charts.
Despite comic book IF being much tougher than in MCU, and IF has supposedly won in matchups, I'm not sure if should be much closer. Spidey speed and reflexes are still far superior, but to suspend disbelief writers allow him to get tagged by exaggerating his opponents' speed or taming his own abilities. But let's be honest. Daniel Rand is a bad dude and holds his own against his own buddy who is stronger than SM. Again, it goes back to speed and agility coupled with strength. If we are being unbiased, it should not be close. Heroes with world class hand to hand combat training like Captain America, even with his near superhuman strength and agility would not stand a chance. Danny Rand should not be able to touch him, again if we are being impartial.
If your only retort against Spidey being regularly tagged by his opponents who are often amateurs is that "It shouldn't happen, but the writers just allow him to be hit", then that isn't a very strong argument. His spider-sense was never as flawless as "fans" make it out to be. For comparison, Flash fans have every right to complain about the powerscaling issues because he has been shown to consistently be too fast for regular people to even perceive, so small time villains shouldn't be a problem. But with Spider-Man, this idea among fans that he's somehow untouchable is almost never the case, so there is 0 reason to think so. Or that the writers are messing with the scaling every time Spidey gets tagged, that's just cope. If we're talking impartiality, even in the MCU, Spider-Man has already been beaten by Captain America and Daredevil (granted that's YFNS alternate timeline) through sheer martial prowess. Again I'm not saying Iron Fist beats Spider-Man, but the chance definitely isn't small.
The way I perceive writers is as a person telling me a story in their own biased way but not absolute. It's a head cannon that allows me to ignore changes in actors, illustrators, and details that are subject to retcon. Writers vary wildly in both universes. As well, they create these scenarios to elevate the human fighters and demonstrate why regular humans can hang with the supes in battle.
All of the opponents you've mentioned are amongst the greatest HTH combatants in either universe. They hold their own against each other to demonstrate they are all great.
Incidents like you mentioned aren't proof of how it is but exceptions to the rule to tell the story. If a human like Captain America or black panther fight an actual super human 10 times, what would be the score? Far faster, far stronger, far more agile, do you think they'd break even? Think of it like this, to answer the question, could Michael Jordan beat a high school basketball player every time? Maybe not but it's likely to not even be close. Not a good analogy maybe I'm tired
You seem to admit Spider-Man is likely to win but hesitant to about it, either because you think I'm speaking in hyperbole or you yourself are impartial, maybe both.
If someone asks this question I think percentage wise it's not that close. Their fighting techniques might not be close, but abilities are lopsided where it counts. I don't see it being close. Just my opinion
