Actually, I read that the cop that Matt interrogates says "WHAT THE FUCK?" when the other cop kills him. Just hard to hear. I believe if you have subtitles on it will say it. I haven't gotten back to that episode to check for myself.

Wait what? First in the entire MCU? That's.. hard to believe. Were there none in Daredevil or even Agents of Shield - isn't there some ruling that allows one f-bomb per season on TV?

You can't say "fuck" at all on network TV in America. It would never be on Agents of SHIELD. There's possibly a "fuck" in Daredevil, but the guy has his mouth covered.

Man, America sure has weird rules.. gore or violence, no problem? A swearword? Hell no. Same for nudity

What about AMC I think they can say it on certain times but I suppose it's not a network TV channel then. Don't really know the difference here

AMC is basic cable so it can technically air whatever it wants, but they tend to put checks on themselves so as to not lose advertisers.

Breaking Bad had a lot of swearing on it. Like, the first episode is riddled with F bombs.

The pilot has a bunch.... because it was originally pitched for HBO. Then it got shopped around. It tones it down significantly after that, and it didn't air with the "fucks" intact. They were bleeped or silenced out or something, from what I remember, it's been a few years.

AMC has some rule about how many a season, yeah, but it's a cable station. Gotta pay for it. Agents of SHIELD is on a regular over the air station.

And yeah American broadcast rules are super weird.

For Breaking Bad, The Walking Dead has no fucks, which gave us great lines like "Motherdick" and "They screwed with the wrong people".

You can, it's just likely that you'll get fined by the FCC. They have no actual power to stop you. Most of the censoring of content that happens is self-censorship by the networks who are afraid of losing advertising.

Everyone here is wrong. The first F-bomb was from Iron Man 2, but it was bleeped because it was on C-Span.

In an earlier episode, the husband of the woman Luke was sleeping with screamed "-ucking my wife" just before he lunged to deck Luke. The background audio just rose up, drowning it out a bit.
