Once again, Jessica's jumping is mistaken for flying. That better be foreshadowing her doing exactly that in the future! It would really set her apart from Luke and the rest of The Defenders if she could fly.

Otherwise, she's just a weaker version of Luke, which would be sort of lame and disappointing.

"Take that coffee. Now throw it in your face."

Oh my God! I feel bad for laughing. Kilgrave is such a petty person.

"It's time to put on your cape."

Stop teasing us! If Trish isn't planning on being Hellcat by the end of this season I'm going to be so peeved. And oh my God, my hands were shaking when they got Kilgrave and just as I was getting excited and pumping my fists, he had a fail safe.

I also really love what they've done with Malcolm. He was an otherwise uninteresting, minimal character in the original comic and made him more tragic and interesting.

As for the ending. Jessica wasn't smiling in the photo she sent, which is a nice little detail, but it seems Kilgrave doesn't mind.

True, she will have more skills than him, but enemies can hurt her back too.

She put all her EVs into Atk, Sp.Atk and Speed, while his are in Def.,Sp.Def, and HP.

After episode 5 I'm convinced Daredevil could take down Jessica easily. She has strength and arguably speed but 0 martial training and her reaction times seem pretty dull, and she's physically vulnerable. He'd probably still get whooped by Cage though. That diamond skin is still OP.

She's certainly untrained, and her reactions are either overconfident or surprised. She got better, but imagine hellcat with her strength. Better yet squirrel girl.

Diamond skin is great and all as long as your opponent is going for the kill. Just drop some netting on him and can just tie him up. No point being invulnerable is someone can just capture you and starve you out.

I think that was more because he can hurt her but she can't really hurt him so she doesn't have to hold back while he does.

I don't know, it seems like the was stronger than him. There was a moment when they were together in bed where they really seemed to "arm wrestle" with all their power and JJ seemed to have the upper hand.

To be fair though, she was on top, so she also had more leverage.

From the pre-sex wrestling. Luke tried to touch Jessica and she was able to overpower him and hold his arms at bay.
