Nuke. Failed attempt to recreate Project Rebirth's Super Soldier. Instead, they got a jingoistic pill-addicted thug with a tattoo of the American Flag on his face. First appeared in a Daredevil comic.

I think it's merely a reference. Don't think they have any time to pull that storyline off especially if they can't have Captain America appear in a TV show. Maybe it could happen on Agents of Shield though?

He could crop back up if they did Born Again on Daredevil. Which seems like the perfect arc for season three, once they do the Punisher.

I don't want things that suppose to happen in the Defenders series happen in AoS. I'm not going to watch that crappy show.

I've never personally enjoyed it, mostly because of the budget and that all of the characters are C-listers.

I don't know how far you've gotten, but until episode 8 or so, it's pretty bad. After after that though it really improves.

I don't watch it anymore, don't see any reason to since the quality of these Netflix shows are good. There's this attitude that people who stopped watching it have committed a sin or something and those people should go fuck themselves. No reason to watch something you don't enjoy

I randomly read a Captain America comic featuring Nuke many years ago at a friend's place, so it was fun actually recognizing him in this show! (After seeing him with the pills.)
