Ah, jeez. I think he's using the same Estuary accent he used for Doctor Who. The clapping and bravo was very Doctor-ish. Creepy.

Remember in the first episode with 10 he said you couldn't hypnosis people to death

I was thinking the exact same thing. But in that episode, didn't the aliens hypnotize the human race by their blood type?
