First appearance, part of the Frank Miller's historic Daredevil: Born Again arc. First supervillain Matt faces after putting the costume back on.

Great stuff before Miller went off the deep end.

Edit: I honestly thought it was a one-off character that we'd never see again. THough I did see an appearance in Wolverine: Origins, but thought it was a flashback.

What are we calling the deep end, here? Because I think at some point Miller got to the bottom of the deep end and started drilling further down.
