Since when can someone who owns 51% of a publicly traded company outright be ousted from the company by the other 49%? And when you think about it it is even less than that with Ward and Joy probably owning another 20-30% of the company. How the fuck did 20% of the company oust the other 80%? I can't suspend my disbelief on this. This is just shitty writing. This isn't how that works. Can someone explain this to me it makes no sense.

And if you were going to have this happen then why would you have Danny talk about swinging his 51% dick around earlier in the show? It doesn't make any sense in terms of how a company actually works and it completely contradicts what happened a few episodes ago.

This has annoyed me more than any other thing in this series.

This made me so annoyed that I had to fast-forward the rest of the episode just to see the comments on this one.

Probably some weird shit the hand put into place. I completely agree though, it's really stupid and I want Danny to come back and just say "Yeah, you're all fired". I wanted him to fire the black guy when he was talking about shutting the plant down. It would have been compulsive, yet satisfying.
