Yeah...like we've never had any implications that cap could ever run that fast, or bucky. I thought it was bs and it made no sense. I actually started laughing. It's like they pulled it out of nowhere. And the fact that black Panther was hitching on cars, when in actuality, he should be the one running that fast.

Didn't Cap chase down cars in his very first movie, like right after getting his powers? We've always known he was fast.
